I'd like about 15-20 more G to sieve. I'll be on vacation for a few days and want to queue up enough work so it won't run out.
Edit: Out of curiosity, after you give me my range, how much more is there?
Edit2: Oh, and I'm just fine with it not being full ranges since I'll probably split it up, and I use sr2work.txt so I can set them all up.

Okay, your range is 523G-546G.

As for how much more there is: well, you guys have been quite helpful in clearing things up, so in fact there's only one 9G chunk left. (That's not counting the oddball <1G sized chunks that I'll be filling in myself since they're so small.) Come and get it!

Thanks, that ought to hold my two cores for ~5-6 days. I'll leave the 9G chunk so I don't slow down the total sieving time by reserving more than I can finish in a timely manner. (If nobody else takes it by the time my ranges end, I'll take it, but I hope we have more participation than that. )

Hehe, I reread the first post and found the info then edited my post to remove that question between when you read my post and clicked Quote, so you're referring to something I didn't say.

For my own sanity; here is what I think is the status of P=310G-550G here:

318G-320G IronBits complete
320G-340G Mini-Geek complete
350G-384G IronBits in progress
439G-460G Mini-Geek in progress
473G-495G Mini-Geek in progress
523G-546G Mini-Geek in progress

Anon, I haven't cross-checked this against the ranges that I sent you that I thought were outstanding. I think you have it all covered. This is only a synopsis of what I see in this thread.

Feel free to edit or delete this as you see fit.

This has been what appears to be an unbelievably fast cleanup of a mess that I thought would take weeks to sort out and clean up! What an awesome team we have!!

Edit: I will update this post in place as we complete ranges.

320-340 is complete.
That's correct for my reservations at least, and seems correct for what I remember IB reserving, but with the addition that I've finished 320-340 (I just finished it, you didn't just miss a post reporting it complete).

Yep, that checks out with my list of gaps. As you probably guessed, I split up most of the gaps so that they would be in even ranges of G, and the little tiny odd-sized ranges that were left after that I'll fill in. (They don't take long at all.)

Anon,

I tweaked the first post in this thread to show P=310G-550G as "Partially available".

I also updated my post about the partial ranges that are complete for this big range.

Would you mind updating my post with the P=9G range that is still available? If you'll do that, I'll be glad to keep it up to date.

Sorry I couldn't help more here. I was going to put 2-3 cores on this effort after I got back but that was before I determined that the optimal sieve depth for k=300-400 for n=600K-1M was P=14T instead of P=11T-12T. I've now added 3 additional cores to that effort to get it fully sieved by 4/1. After that, I need to get cracking on sieving Sierp base 6 for n=100K-400K at CRUS so that we can have a permanent server for it that won't run out of work.

Okay, sounds good.

Here's the current status:
Code:
318G-320G DONE (IronBits)
320G-340G DONE (Mini-Geek)
350G-384G WORKING ON (IronBits)
418G-427G AVAILABLE
439G-460G WORKING ON (Mini-Geek)
473G-495G WORKING ON (Mini-Geek)
523G-546G WORKING ON (Mini-Geek)
As you can see, there's only one 9G range left to do--once that's done, we'll be all ready to start the LLRing! (I shouldn't take long to do the remaining small odd-sized ranges.)

No problem--you can always help with the LLRing.
