Well, it looks like my prime drought is indeed passed:

829*2^914335-1 is prime!

This one came on my Q6600, the machine that has been particularly allergic to primes of late.

Also of note, this prime is my largest ever (my previous record being 172257*6^349166+1 at 271710 digits; this latest prime comes in at 275246 digits.)
