917*2^673570-1 is prime (202768 digits)

I don't recall precisely, but I don't think so. I'm pretty sure that there's some that are n=0 to 2 apart. Still an extremely close pair, though, congrats!

Yes it is a Riesel record for k<=1001 and n>600K according to Karsten's list in the link that he posted.
