A rather strange twist here while I was on vacation:

Good news: I found a nice top-5000 prime for Sierp base 16 while I was gone.
Bad news: It's the same k-value that Anon found a prime for so it doesn't help the conjecture any. Ergh!
Good news: The project still gets credit for a 2nd top-5000 prime.
Bad news: We shouldn't show it as a prime found in post 1 of the thread since it's not the smallest prime for the k-value, so I'm not.
