k588 was the last needed, so S805 is proven. The prime wont last long, ~32 weeks due to "only" 446K digits.

But there is still one left!?

Ah ok, I see the smaller one in the other thread, nevermind...

29*468^232718+1 is prime! (621416 decimal digits) Time : 558.312 sec.

Wasn't sure if I should wait until the range was completed or not.

Thanks.

It's OK to wait until the end of your search but...if you report an earlier status I cannot update the searched limit on the pages without having all of the primes posted up to that limit. Otherwise I end up showing a k remaining that has been searched to a specific limit even though it should not be shown because a prime was found.

Did you report this to the top-5000 site? Generally people report it there before reporting it here to avoid poaching.

I gotcha. And no, I didn't even think to check there, but it is now submitted here: https://primes.utm.edu/primes/page.php?id=125530

Edit: Assuming I did everything right, it looks like it'll drop into the 1,239th spot!

That's quite a large entry into top-5000 reporting. Nice find, sir!
