Default What math class should I take?

I am planning the rest of my undergraduate career in advance, so I am deciding what courses I will take. I will be pursuing a Biochemistry/Computer Science double major Chemistry/Mathematics double minor. The requirements for the mathematics minor offer some flexibility and I have to take one course in alegbra. I have the narrowed potential courses from a list of four that I am intereted in taking to a list of two, Applied Algebra and Classical Alegbra. I am unable to decide which I should take.

In the future, I expect to program computer simulations of biomolecular systems, but the courses I plan to take for my chemistry minor (i.e. Physical Chemistry, Quantum Chemistry, Chemical Thermodynamics) are accepted as electives for the mathematics major, so I expect that they will include all of the mathematics that I will need to know. Given that, the small chance that Applied Alegbra will include something that I will find useful is roughly equivalent in weight to the fact that after playing russian roulette with my GPA in my freshman year (in particular by taking Introduction to Linear Alegbra and non-calculus based Physics, both of which made little sense to me, although in the case of Introduction to Linear Alegbra, I figured it out on the day of the final), the higher grade I should get from classical alegbra would be more than welcome.

What do people here think?

Edit: After reading a post in another thread, Abstract Alegbra is now an option, in addition to Applied Alegbra and Classical Alegbra.
