Tha, the new assignments have ",0" at the end. Prime95 factored the assignments and stopped. I put them back into worktodo.ini with ",1" at the end and updated the factoring level from 63 to 67. Prime95 is now crunching away on them. The current estimate for M34200457 is July 18 and M34200671 is September 4.

The ",0" is right - these had not had a P-1 test. Did you work out why prime95 stopped after factoring? Was there any message? How much factoring did it do before stopping? Prime95's default should have been to TF to 2^67, then P-1, then go on to the LL test.

I would like to reserve two exponents,
the first M34200911 will have ETA August 2008, the second M34200979 will be finished by September 2008. If there is a problem with my reservations, send me a PM or reply to this thread. |

I decided to work on low 10M digits that have only one LL residue with an error code <> 0 as well. I checked in the first four results early this week and I expect to check in another 6 results early in August. Best way of checking in results is using the new v5 server which has a separate form for checking in results manually. |

THA and all readers on this forum I'm on the 10M run myself. I would like more information about this thread. are these prime 95 checks or personal software. I am looking for pre-built strings of huge numberss to test.

Sorry I didn't see your post earlier. As I said earlier, with the ",0" suffix, the numbers were factored to 2^67 and then Prime95 stopped, saying it had no work. Then, I used the ",1" suffix and the first was P-1 factored and then went into LL test. I'm sorry about the confusion on the -671 exponent. I had not requested it, but I found my name next to it in the first post of this thread so I added it to my worktodo. I would also like to report that M34200457 is not prime. I sent the results to George through e-mail. The -671 exponent has started LL testing and the ETC is late August. John |

No problems, John.
Progress report - 33985241 is not prime, checked in using the v5 manual results page. (Ever-watchful tha has already noted its completion in the summary.) 34200709 still has about a month to go. Mark |

I've done some trial factoring on the remaining exponents. The tail of the table should now read:
Code:
Test=34200709,63,0 - markr - August 2008 Test=34200911,68,0 - Knappo - August 2008 Test=34200979,68,0 - Knappo - September 2008 Test=34201073,63,0 - checked in - Tha - July 2008 Test=34201081,68,0 Test=34201177,68,0 Test=34201333,68,0 Test=34201417,68,0 Test=34201883,68,0 Test=34201987,68,0 Cheers, Carsten Last fiddled with by ckdo on 2008-07-21 at 09:38 Reason: Post #1 missing reservations from post #83 |
