Personally, I *hate* it when a link opens up a new window automatically. If I WANT it to open a new window, I'll right-click on it and TELL it to do so.

It's usually MUCH easier to deal with if the default is to "open the link in the existing window" - sometimes I don't *want* more windows open.

I always get here by google. I type GIMPS, get mersenne.org, go to the link in the bottom of "Recent News", and get here.

Edit: I just noticed that Google link. Do you get paid for that? You could buy stuff with that(like computers for crunching). Also you should try PayPal.

I saw it earlier. Google lets you control the maximum you pay per day, so if there were lots of people from here trying it out and clicking on the link, it may have exceeded the day's alotment.

So don't click on that link or it causes Xyzzy money, but you can probably see it again tomorrow.

I set the maximum budget per day at 50¢, so after 10 click-thrus it stops showing...

The problem I have is the keywords keep getting reset because our click-thru rate is too low...

Why did you even put a link on there anyway? I guess it was so we could get a better PageRank. If you get broke you could always put a PayPal link on here. You could start a bank account for GIMPS too, Xyzzy. You know the rest of the drill like I've said earlier.
