Im really enjoying all your comments. Get off your lofty pyramids and take a ground level look as you cant see an ant hill and all the activity from on high. Its the case of straining at a gnat and swallowing a camel! you hyp...... (NT) I reiterate these are all integers and square roots plain and simple. It is so simple that's why I gave it but not expecting all of you to fall in from the Pons asinorum (Bridge of asses). Well anyway when I give the simple solution/explanation you will teach it to your grand sons I bet! Its first level arithmetic and I am surprised how you all passed it to study further. The elegance in mathematics is in its simplicity which fox men of high calibre. But I promise tomorrow I will give the solution. In the meantime relax or tickle your brain boxes. The choice is yours and your comments are welcome come what may. \the more the merrier but I want a solution simple Yes or No and why ? Once again I emphasise there is no play in words or no riddles. Its a simple integer solution. No need of even a calculator! Mally

Failing that, you could always consult the Q'uran, like you did in your recent work on relativity theory. |

![]() w.r.t. your psalm quotation re pi, I note that m_f_h never got round to answering why he thought pi lay between 3 and 4 (see thread title). Since he is currently "on air", perhaps he can tell us now? Last fiddled with by davieddy on 2007-04-23 at 20:19 |
