Likewise, the view in minnesota was quite good, although colder yet (I had a problem with my breath crystallizing on my binoc's lens's). Additionally, Saturn was very close to the moon (slightly below and to the left) and was neat to see.

Was mostly cloudy here in NoCal, but one did get a few glimpses of a semi-obscured-by-something-other-than-clouds blob of brightness above the eastern horizon.

Or maybe it was just a smudge on the welder's glasses I had on for eye protection... ;)
