If you had one of those, with each core having a Prime95 instance running LL and using 24.61 MB of memory, you'd need 2 gigabytes of memory to let all the Prime95's have enough memory to run. If they were each doing P-1 Stage 2 and could use 100 MB each, you'd need 8 gigabytes of memory for the Prime95's alone, not counting the OS, etc.
On the other hand, 1.01 teraflops is ~4.16% of the current total GIMPS throughput, so it would be worth it.
