Where did you get the figures from?
I tried to download the latest data files from the mersenne.org site, but the ftp server is not working...

Keep trying - the server is working but it's hard to get a connection some of the time.

Hello 1997rj7,

Would you consider making this thread sticky? I really like this report! I find myself having to dig down though all our interim progress threads to find this excellent summary on the smallest LMH bit status. In my opinion it warrants the prominence of a sticky.

Now that nofactor.zip is no longer updated, and as the query available at the new server ("Factoring limits") does not provide this information in a condensed format, how did you manage to get the data?

I wrote a program that downloads the information from the v5 server report page, and formats it into a NOFACTOR file. To download from 25M to 79.3M takes about 45 minutes.

Since it times out if you try to download more that about 400K worth, I download it in 100K chunks.

web page now lets you select how-far-factored range to reduce downloaded data. It would not be hard to design a new report that showed counts rather than raw data.
