HI everyone,
I imagine there is a simple solution to this one. I am getting a message that my prime.log file is full and I should delete it? Which file do I delete? I am running 23.8.1 Thanks for your help |

I'd really like to know how this guy was confused. If he's smart enough to run DC, surely he's smart enough to understand directory structure.

I think I may have figured it out. Maybe they thought the period in ´prime.log´ was supposed to be a space, and didn´t realize it was the actual name of the file.

Or he could have file name extensions turned off. Then my folder looks like this. (See attachment.) (I think that I some time ago told windows to open .log files with a text editor.)

to answer all questions respondents comments:
UNC: no file called prime.log in my directory jasong: probably the beer, even forgot i had posted this patrik: yep no file extensions showing anyway, it would have been so much simpler if the comment was delete the results file rather than "prime.log". No harm no foul though... job done and sorted New Year's resolution... less beer

I am allways tought on my tiny mind that it was big mistake in long run from Microsoft to hide filename extensions, after all Windows still uses them, but "new" computer users doesn't have an clue what is "file name extension" and how dots relate to it etc.
