No it is done. 6000+ is available. Geoff or rouge might have a mac version.

If you can install GCC and GNU make on the machine in question you should be able to compile one from source. The assembly code might not work (calling conventions may not be compatible) but for x86_64 machines the generic C code is almost as good, so this is not a big problem. If you try this and get errors, PM me with the details and I will try to help.

Geoff,

Thank you for the nfo. But the purpose of the MacBook Pro portable is not doing
compliation & stuff. I want to keep this machine as pristine as possible.

If someone else want to compile these sources...
