What is this voltage reading?

Hey,

After posting the "check out my new computer link, I remembered, "hey, my other desktop has had some issues too!" So I downloaded the same hardware monitor, and got the picture below.

Then I realized, I don't know what that red voltage reading means. Can someone tell me? Is there a possible fix to my computer's problem?

It's monitoring the state of different power supplies on your motherboard. 3.07 is not dangerously low for a 3.3 volt supply, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. If it stays red, though, it may mean that your PC components are drawing a bit more than that supply is designed to handle.
