Another asshole (cf N1GEL, vid.sup.) I've seen around a couple of time now drives LE05 CAR.

I really wonder why these people go out of their way to draw the attention of traffic cops.

I saw a documentary on vanity plates and the people who's job it is to consider the hidden meaning before the plates are awarded.

A couple that were vetoed were:
BIGDICK ... even though the owner, a large man named Richard insisted that all his friends call him that.

IB6UB9 ... you can figure this one out.

One that got away (or almost did?) was:
ELOHSSA ... it has to be on the front of a car behind you and you have to look at it through your rear-view mirror to get it.

While the letters would be in the right order, the letters would be flipped horizontally.

We suppose people would still "get it" though.
