Thread subscriptions...

During some routine maintenance today, under the influence of various narcotic medications, I accidently deleted the thread subscription database.

All this means is that if you were subscribed to a thread, you are now unsubscribed.

If you want to subscribe again there should be no problem.

I apologize for this. Thankfully, I didn't delete anything else.

(Note to self: Measure twice. Cut once.)

We do have backups, but that sure is a lot of work.

If the deletion was any more serious I'd do it right and restore.

An unplanned but nice side effect is our mail queue system is running *real* smooth now.

(In the past, subscription emails tended to clog the system. I think we had several thousand subscriptions and most of them were going to people who haven't visited the forum since the last ice age.)
