Is there a way to limit the % CPU usage, so that llrnet.exe won't use up more CPU resources than I want it to?

Yes there is. Do you want to run some other application etc. Why do you want to limit LLR.
The exact solution will depend on your answer. Citrix |

I primarily run UD/grid cancer research and don't want to rob too many cycles from it, but I would like to participate in Prime Sierp. to some extent. How would I best go about it? I'm actually running UD monitor/ UD agent as a service using FireDaemon Lite, if that matters.
Edit: Oh, I'm running Win2K SP4, too. Last fiddled with by j3pflynn on 2006-04-26 at 19:21 |

There are 2 ways to do this.
You can run the 2 programs say for 12 hrs/day each or something like that, using schedule task in windows. The difficult way of distributing the CPU at the same time involves setting the priority of the process and running multiple processes unless you reach the right ratio. I suggest the first option as it is easy to handle. |
