Yes, of course, but at the beginning I think to create a static web site (some HTML pages) , manually updated by me when I have time. A PHP web site with registration, database , interactive panels, etc. is a titanic thing for me to do now ....

Yes, "Twin: k.b^n+/-1 " is correct. As a general guideline, you'll have about 2500 candidates left after sieving.
