I think there is an adjustment for that somewhere in that JS. Been a while since I poked my head into it but I can take a look. I have that problem myself sometimes so it would make sense to adjust it a wee bit.

Why do so many websites feel the need to change the standard UI elements and annoy the users with different behaviours? |

Did you know that Telnet and FTP are much faster than any bloated HTML attempt? Graphics are a waste of bandwidth. What's wrong with the elegant simplicity of the command line?

Technically I can adjust it so it fades away slower, but you can't go back and click on something since it's not really there. ![]() Meanwhile though, I did tweak some timings on it so it seems a little snappier. I'd modified the default delays and "animation" effects already, but when doing some testing I think lowering some of those would be good. I'll poke at it some more in the next few days and see if anything else comes to light, otherwise I'll just go with the minor changes for now. |

Oh, and remember the early phones that had WAP browsers? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wirele...ation_Protocol I thought I was rocking it when I got a phone that had that. I could surf the web... from my phone! Honestly, I think I used it mostly to look up movie listings and times. That was about all it was good for. I'll let Retina stew in his self imposed Firefox 3.x prison. LOL The rest of us will enjoy flashy menus.

Also, when are you gonna fix the off-by-one error in the PrimeNet Activity Summary?
Code:
57000000 55901 1 | 35999 152 19747 2 | 3 43 | 19704 | |

A fun party trick is to use telnet to get web pages. It is really simple but most people don't even know what telnet is.
Another (unrelated) trick: In a previous life, we used to dial a phone using the hook switch. The phone in question had a lock on the dial. Good times! |

That will still work today on many exchanges. But you have to remember the dials in some countries are reversed from other countries so sometimes you have to count backwards to get the right number of pulses.
