I will do this small section to 2^64, unless primenet wants it sooner. I will start by taking it all to 2^62, etc.
The range I have at 34M will be finished in a few days, then on to this new range. Mark |

All done to 2^62 so far, and results sent to George.
The program found two factors for one exponent. I didn't know that could happen. M33624133 has a factor: 2447445185661670559 M33624133 has a factor: 2788195171418999801 |

All exponents from 33.61M to 33.7M are tf'd to 2^63 or better, and results submitted via primenet's manual pages.
(The "completely manual" page www.mersenne.org/range2.htm has exponents 33.60M-33.61M, so I got out of that area.) I will keep on to 2^64, or until the exponents are wanted for PrimeNet, which is looking more imminent each time I check. There are only about 1200 exponents above 33M available in PrimeNet... |

Anybody have a P4 they want to put on these exponents once they're 64'd? Assuming they don't need to go to Primenet first. |

You're right of course, trif, four weeks have gone by & there's still 800 left. I might make it - it'll be about six weeks to finish this range. This is so much slower than TF'ing to 2^60 or even 2^62!
All exponents from 33.61M - 33.63M, and some above 33.69M, are TF'd to 2^64 now; some are already in nofactor, the rest should be in the next edition. |

So far, all exponents 33.61M-33.68M and 33.69M-33.7M have been submitted via the manual pages, and nearly all of these are in the latest nofactor.txt. That only leaves 33.68M-33.69M, and it's nearly done too.
I thought there was time to finish - but that didn't allow for three computers (C68E75B79, CDC9E89AB, C9456674A, all with user id .) that grabbed 300 33M exponents over very short times during the weekend. Now the range 33600000 - 33699999 is in Primenet, although there are as yet no assigned exponents in the part I'm still working on. My question is: Is it still ok to submit the results via the manual pages, or is it safer to email them? I have 210 done (only 15 to go! nearly there! - should be done when I get home tonight.)

If it is possible, I think you should submit the factors found via the manual pages - so those exponents are taken out of Primenet and submit the other results via email. I'm not sure how George will be able to handle this but I DO know that using Primenet to submit partial factoring results - i.e. not to the full depth - does screw things up.

Sounds like the right way, garo. I've done as suggested. And that means...
it's all done!
