Truly though, this is the first time they've responded to me in less than a week. And as I said before, there have been times when they don't respond at all. I guess we'll see what happens.

I am still a firm believer of 800#'s to call for support, but I noticed today a link to "live" support on their homepage. The only issue I had with ebay is a deadbeat seller, and I had about 10 other people leaving negative feedback that no items were received. They said they would look into it and I wanted my money back which was sent thru paypal (which at the time wasnt part of Ebay).

About 2 months later I recieved my item, sometimes personal things get in the way of both sellers and buyers which makes ebay life a living hell.
