Unhappy PSU problem?

Ok, I just got a new computer a few weeks ago. I This system was built by me. Just last week, I started to overclock the CPU. Heres my problems:
1) If the CPU clock speeds go past 230MHz, the system won't POST.
2) If I even change the RAM clocks or the Voltage a little, the system won't POST. (I have PC3200 Kingston CAS3 RAM; default clock speed is 200MHz for some odd reason.)
3) In the middle of overclocking my ATi card with ATiTool, my system all of a sudden restart without any warnings.
4) Sometimes my system just randomly restarts even when its not overclocked.
5) I check the PC heath status on the BIOS and saw this:
1.8v - 1.77
CPU - 1.39
3.3v - 3.39
5v - 5.02
12v - 11.32
2.5 - 2.59
VCCVB - 1.21
CPU temp - 28 Degrees celcius.
I'm not very sure what the voltage things are for, but I don't think those readings look good.

Oh and here are my system specs:

Sapphire PC-A9RD480Adv PURE Crossfire

AMD Athlon 3700+ (San Diego)

512MB DDR400 PC3200 Kingston Ram CAS3 (X2)

Sapphire Radeon X850 Crossfire edition

WD 160GB 7200rpm IDE Hard drive

NEC - Mitsubishi ND-3550A 16x16 Dual Layer DVD+/-RW, Black (OEM)

LG (????) CD-RW drive (32X10X40X)

350Watt AcePower PSU (+3.3v=28A, +5v=30A, +12v=16A, -5v=0.3A,
-12v=0.8A, +5v VSB=2.0A)

Aspire Dreamer X-II case with:
1X 120mm fan
4X 80mm LED fans
2X 40mm fans
1X 60mm fan
6 LED lights

Thanks in advance!

I think you and moo are correct; the PSU is probably underpowered for your needs, especially on the 12V rail.
I'd probably look for something that can deliver at least 36A. My current favorite for SLI/Crossfire systems is the Antec NeoHE series: http://www.antec.com/us/pro_powerSupply.html

the ultra xfinity 600 watt one is nice but its a little longer so make sure your drives arent in the top bay or your hands might end up bent in funny directions. Ultra is a very good brand with a lilited liftetime warrenty which is a lot better then most places.
