and here is my land east of town. Its 130 acres with about 3000 feet of frontage on the Buttahatchee river. The river is the green ribbon that slants from the top of the picture down and to the right. I have the cleared areas planted with pecan and walnut trees. I look forward to building a house and living here.

Very slightly to the left of centre are three dark blobs, the lowest being elongated. Those are the yew trees in my garden (the elongated blob is a line of three trees that merge together).

The image must have been taken in Winter since the large Pecan trees are bare. But the old Live Oak trees show up well.

When I moved here, that Freeway was just a small country lane and everything in between was trees.

So now, I'm moving here ....

Well, there are some problems in these maps. Look for example at:

The river you see in the photo is the Riachuelo, the freeway in the east is the "autopista Buenos Aires - La Plata" and at the center you can see the Nicolás Avellaneda bridge. Buenos Aires city is at the north of Riachuelo. At the south is located Avellaneda city.

By the way, I live just at the center of this image:

The freeway you see in this photo is named "Avenida General Paz" and it is the city limit. Buenos Aires is at the south of the freeway and Vicente López is at the north.
