Invalid UserID or UserPW

When I try to get an individual account report, I get the message in the title.
I even copied and pasted my userID and PW directly from Prime95 to make sure I wasn't messing that up. My username is kprice15. I am currently working on
M28830019. Any help will be appreciated.

I had no problem accessing my account report just now, so either you ran into a server glitch, or somehow your account-access information is not correct. Make sure your URL is of the form

http://mersenne.org/cgi-bin/primenet_report.pl?UserID={your userID}&UserPW={your password}

where you obviously need to insert your UID and PW (note these are case-sensitive!) and the {} are for emphasis only (i.e. your actual URL would contain no curly brackets).

Thanks for the help, but it is still not working. I copied the URL you sent, and made sure to correctly type my username and password exactly as it appears in prime95. Evidently I am not in the system or something.

Yes. In fact I tried copying and pasting the userID and password directly from the user information tab in Prime95, just to make sure.

Download the status.txt page and check whether your user ID appears in the list, with the exponent assigned to you. If it doesn´t appear and you are still working on it, give George a shout so he may assign the exponent manually to you in the server and your work won´t be lost.

kprice15 is not in the system. There is a kprice account creates in 1998.

Send your prime.log file to me, maybe it will shed some light on the problem.
