Default Looking for the origin of a quote

I've seen or heard the following quote (or similar) in various places. I'm trying to determine its origins or get an idea for how old it is.

"I didn't start this fight, but I'm going to finish it"

Can anyone help?

BTW, in my search for the origins of the phrase "cool as a cucumber", I found this website: http://www.etymonline.com/, but it didn't help me for the above quote.
