Your Celeron 2.4 will be faster with 24.12.

If you are LL testing, your Celeron 733 will probably be slower, you'll have to benchmark it to find out. If you are trial factoring, then upgrade to 24.12

Okay, thank you. I tested benchmarks on both systems, and the 733 was basically the same. The 2.4ghz improved as you said it would.
