Default Question on speed

I am running 2 instances of P95 on my duel processor, 1 is 34324687 which is running at .088 per iteration and 34645489 which is running at .102 per iteration. They are both getting 50% processor. is the latter using a larger fft which is causing it to run slower? Running 1 instance at a time, the times are .063, and .072. these are running on a 2.8mhz duel processor. The motherboard is using single channel ddr which is why the overall times are slow. I plan on changing the motherboard to a pc-deluxe dl which should give me a 25-35% boost.
THANKS LMURRAY

Different FFT sizes? Very likely. Around 34,560,000 SSE2 machines start to use larger FFTs.
