Yesterday I factored 132^64+1 into a multiplication of p34 and p103 by SNFS, where p34=1076816529247224517004963011440001 and p103=4837153661157030742636740122281163376874183414925258229843677801477144157114947942441308387967157211777

Richard Brent publishes updates of factors for an +/- 1 with

a < 10000, n < 10000, and f > 109

You should send him an email so the factor is included in the next release.

P34's can be found with ECM - did you try that first or go straight for SNFS?

What code version did you use?
