Prime95 dissapear

Sorry for my bad english.

I ran prime95 with Large FFT test. It tested 1024k no problem. When it was running 896k , the prime would just dissapeared. The tray icon vanished when i move the mouse cursor on it.

ANy idea ?

The tray icon is not protected from a sudden shut down.
So it was just hanging after the program crashed.
I dont know why it crashed though.
