It looks like grep is abruptly stopping partway through the file. It also looks like you haven't added -o to the grep command. Can you try with -ao instead?

Apologies--the "-o" was used before and does the same thing. Adding the "-ao", however, led it to find everything. I will try the previous steps of re-generating the filelist.

Still running into issues generating the filelist

code BUG() : condition rc == 0 failed in split_iter_open_next_file

I think for now I will just keep generating relations until I can get MSieve to do the linear algebra and do the troubleshooting once this factorization is finished.

Aaargh, I was hoping this wouldn't happen. I believe this is a genuine bug. I've seen it on a couple of GNFS jobs recently and was hoping to gather some more data on when it occurs before reporting it to the CADO team. I don't think it's got anything to do with all of the file manipulations that you've been doing
