Sweet. I've made the changes you requested in the PM to the Perl and SQL in the API with regards to order-by and limit.

SRBase submitted a large batch of the TF results of M138M from 2^73 to 2^74 few hours ago. I expect they'll start to reserve the range of M140M to M144M either later today or early tomorrow.
