Continuous high temperatures in the long run will (probably, there is no complete consensus about it) reduce the lifetime of your computer.
But you'll have absolutely no worry with temps in the 70° range. |

For comparison. I run all my systems at 95C 24/7 without any problem.
Don't worry about temps under 100C, the silicon can handle it fine. Human fingers are a different matter though, don't touch it. |
