Test found 2 errors a few seconds after starting

Why buy new hardware? A dealer (at least in the western world) is obliged to either repair the defective hardware, replace it or give you a refund.

Well, the RAM is off of Amazon, which is nice cause they have great support.

The CPU/Mobo is from a local dealer which told me to bring in the mobo and CPU for them to test. If they will find issues with it, I'll get a replacement. If not, they won't do a thing...

Or they'll toss your Amazon ram in a dedicated tester, find issues, and sell you new ram that works with the cpu & board.

Show them exactly what you do to reproduce the problem. The good news is they can easily plop in different RAM. When that fails we'll know for sure that RAM was not the cause.

They said to bring in only the parts I bought in their shop.
Also, I ran OCCT tonight and it found 375 errors. Could I be confident it's a CPU issue now?

I maintain that the CPU temperatures are too high. Even if your retailer replaces the CPU (or maybe motherboard) I suggest you get a better cooler.

I ended up sending my mobo and CPU to the store that sold me those parts. Hopefully they'll be able to determine they're faulty and give me new parts.

If not, I'll be guessing it's the RAM and I'll swap it with new sticks.

I absolutely agree with paulunderwood : those temperatures are too high. Anyway, you have to care for a better cooling of your system.

But temps on Prime95 don't reflect read world usage. I have never reached about 70C while gaming for example. Not trying to cheap out on my performance, but I'm genuinely curious what real world benefit would I get from removing 3-5C from my current load?

You'll have an unpleasant reminder of the benefit every time the machine crashes under heavy load.
