Two of the reported bugs were serious:
1) PRPs without proofs (say, if you upgraded from v29) will fail at the the end of the PRP test by trying to create a proof file.
2) Inability to upload proofs from cofactor PRP tests.

I'm using Prime95 v30.6 build 4, encountered the PRP proof file generator error after hash 1, thus I only had the PRP result uploaded to the server, but Prime95 gave up after 2 attempts, so no proof file in the end.
