3 approaches:

Download MISFIT and configure it. Let it do the work. https://www.mersenneforum.org/misfit/

Get manual assignments from GPU72, put them in the worktodo. https://www.gpu72.com/account/getassignments/

Get manual assignments from PrimeNet, put them in the worktodo. https://www.mersenne.org/manual_assignment/

I run one or more tasks for each gpu, to get max performance. Each task has its own worktodo, tailored mfaktx.ini configuration file with unique "Computerid" indicating system-gpu-task, redirected console output to a log file. Each task has its own subdirectory so none of these or the runs' temporary files clash. Each has its own short batch file with a short name, specifying which gpu device number, console redirection, etc., to launch the program. It's possible to share executables and library files among them if all are running the same version.
One batch file fires them all off after I log in, from a desktop shortcut, with a few seconds time delays between, just enough time to see that a launch went ok or not.
cd to the task directory
cmd /k mf.bat (launches a task)
timeout
repeat

There are probably more streamlined or convenient ways to do it.One improvement would be a good tee program.
