I have been using Prime95 to troubleshoot some stability problems on my Duron 1.1, and most of it went away by using less agressive memory timings, but I am still unable to run the torture test for 24 hours. Every single time at around 12 hours, while using 40k fft length, it gives the error reading from temp file, just about every single time in the same spot! Now I'm not sure if the torture test runs in a loop, but it manages to get past through the 40k fft length the first time on each run, but almost never the second. I am wondering do I have an actually hardware problem or maybe some other problem?
Running on Abit KT7E, 2 x 256 PC 133, Win2k sp2 |

Never mind, I bought a new cheapie gigabyte board to replace the abit, it appears the memory controller or something of that nature was failing on the stupid abit board. Works great now.
