I found it. Nearly all of this is Windows 10 items which I did not know were running. Some are not specifically listed in the "services." I can get to some of these by using the Task Manager and going to "Details." I stopped a couple without problems. This is like my phone. Things I use continue to run in the background even though they appear to be closed.
