Does anyone have experience with cannabidiol? (cannabis oil from the help plant)

Idiot me, I decided to trust my psychiatric nurse, rather than doing research. Turns out that, since sometime in 2017, I don't even need a prescription to use cannbidiol oil, just a bit of money and some common sense in how I use it.

So I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the use of cannabidiol oil? (not sure if I misspelled it, the spell-check doesn't know the word)

Be aware that hemp oil is low in CBD's. You really need cannabis oil for CBD benefits.

Exactly! That "Whole Plant" part is important. Some suppliers just press oil out of any strain, then "extract" the CBD oil from it. That oil is no where near as effective as deriving it from a strain that is rich in CBD to begin with, then not extracting anything.

Turns out my aunt Caroline has tried this stuff in the past. My dad used the whole plant term when he explaining why he bought what he did. Took my first dose tonight, at half-strength to figure out what it does to me.
