Default "PauseWhileRunning" question

We currently have our quad core computer set up with two workers. Each worker has one helper thus all four cores are utilized. We have the "PauseWhileRunning" parameter set to pause one worker and its associated helper when we play our video game. This setup works well.

However, we would like to run one worker with three helpers, for better efficiency. When we play our video game, we would like Prime95 to "restart" using only one worker and one helper.

We are unable to figure out how to implement this.

I think that batch/script files will be more helpful in this endeavor than trying to get the pausewhilerunning to do it.
Specifically:
>Shut down mprime
>swap config files around
>start mprime
>start game
<play game>
<exit game>
>shutdown mprime
>swap config files around
>start mprime
>exit batch
