I have had this issue intermittently for about a year. First, on Windows 10, and on Windows 7. Both are 64-bit. It started on ECM's, and now PRP's.
Other than the system specs, what is below comes from the event logs. This could be a memory module issue. I have MemTest86+. I could test each module individually, or both at once. Beyond that, I am not sure where else to look. Quote:

Just in case somebody wanders by and decides to look at this.
I found the solution to the issues with Prime95 v29.4b8 which I have had in the last year. I had placed two unsupported lines from undoc.txt in prime.txt. Code:
PercentPrecision=3 CumulativeTiming=1 The moral of this story is, and I like morals, sometimes it is better to leave things as the are. Case closed.
