Is there an option for a machine to prefer (say) Category 4 work?
I have machines with enough credit to qualify for Cat 1 or even Cat 0 work, but occasionally they are needed to run non-GIMPS work for weeks to months at a time, during which assignments can expire. Increasing "days of work to queue" can only get you up to Cat 2, which really isn't high enough. Besides, I dislike having stale assignments lingering in queue. Similarly, manual testing isn't really viable; I don't want to log into a machine every time it is ready for a new test. Is there a solution to this? Thanks! PS: Congrats to everyone on M50!!! |

You should be able to get Cat 3 exponents by setting "days of work to queue" to at least 11.
