This started on my HP running v29.2 Build 3 about an hour ago. I enabled the debug info and it expands to this:

I tried restarting the program, and restarted the machine. No affect. Ideas?

We've been busy bees today, prepping the server for PRP related work, and something went amiss.

At this point we're going to try and setup a copy of the server so we can try out code changes without affecting the live site.

I hope that's what your problem was, and it should be back to normal now, otherwise there was something else going on, but I think that's what was happening.

Shortly after I posted this, it corrected itself. There have been intermittent CURL library errors since. You're working with it so I will not be concerned about it.

Is this at work? Is some kind of proxy server / filtering software getting in the way?

Try submitting the URL in a browser to see if you get a more comprehensible message.

I was not in front of my pc when this came. So, no idea what triggered it.
Now everything is working fine.
