Nvidia has been on quite a roll for the past couple of years and today announced the Volta ( the successor to Pascal ) GV100 .The specs are dizzying and mind-boggling. The link below has the details. The rollout sounds very similar to how they released the Pascal boards. The first boards will cost around 18,000 US dollars and be available 3rd quarter of this year. The chip has a new compute unit for deep learning that performs 16 bit FP matrix operations.

I wish AMD would also release some powerful GPUs with good double-precision ratio, big RAM bandwidth, in the consumer price range (under $500..?). And with ECC RAM :). Let's see what Vega brings. (the RX400 & RX500 series have been some disappointment WRT compute power).

It is highly unlikely we will see a Volta Titan with full FP64 performance, like the Kepler Titans, so don't expect substantial LL speed gains from non-Tesla GPUs.
