ECM2 work assigned

Hi All,

I'm slowly adding a number of my school's computers to the hunt. Today for the first time I see that a new computer has been added work of type ECM2 for a very low exponent.

I've not seen this type of work before, so was just wondering if this is normal, and what is the ECM2 work that is being done?

I hope you got permission to install prime95.

The server thinks this computer is too slow to be assigned double-checking work. What kind of computer is it?

Yes, I have permission.

The computer is a new i3-6100 with 4GB RAM.

However, I am testing how to mass deploy the software and copied the software folder from another computer - I may have removed a bit too much info from the local.txt file.

I'm assuming that this will sort itself out after a job or two?

Next time you are at the computer, choose Options/CPU to make sure prime95 has correctly identified the CPU. Clearly an i3-6xxx is powerful enough for LL testing. I would not assume this will just sort itself out.
