How to consolidate 2 Username?

I have registered twice and have 2 usernames. Can I merge them under 1 username with 2 pcs?

Assume this doesn't work for teams.

I need to merge two teams I have created in the past.
One is now redundant, but I would like to merge it's test credits into my new team.

Assume if the form did it you could steal other teams credits?
So is there another way?

I have emailed the address shown on the forms page, but have had no response to date.
