I see the full decimal expansion of M127 in there. And the "Weird E symbol" might be the summation symbol (capital Sigma) or epsilon.
EDIT: I keep seeing things about Iran in there. Are there people looking around this site to find a way to ship things to (or communicate with) ISIS?
