Hi Math People,
I made this little file.
Comments?

There is a file that I named """Observational Number Theory"""
I'm sure some of you have read the book Computaional Number Theory.
Well what I do is somewhat less than that.
A middle ground might be experimental number theory.

Which should be no surprise, since the author cheats on his number theory
