Well, Black has deviated from richs' plan. We have a week to think things through. :smile:

My favoured move here is Bf5. I think there is little Black can do except move the queen to h6:

29. Bf5 Qh6
30. b7 Qf4
31. Qh3+ Kf8
32. Be6 Qxf2
33. Kh1 and we are left with 2 mating options which I can't see Black getting out of. :smile:

It really wasn't my plan, just the line of play that I thought they would follow.

We have time so I will look in detail at the current position and where I think the line will lead.

TBH I am not sure we need to worry about it too much this turn as we need to do Bf5 to block their attack on f2.

I haven't had a lot of time for analysis but I agree with Bf5 for this move. I'll look closer next move.
