I didn't start CADO yet, but in Msieve you definitely missed at least 4 more different E scores > 7e-15 (more than 4 polys actually). c5=578760 looks pretty fruitful to me, CADO will have fun playing with it. C195_130_121 has finished ECM through 25K curves @B1=3e8 with no factors found. Subsequent investigation indicates that SNFS using 15e is the optimal path forward.
The SNFS poly is below. It sieves ~3x faster than the expected speed of a GNFS 195 when using siever 15e. Code:
